They provide focus-group feedback before representatives from three retailers - Amazon Launchpad, Lakeland and JML - decide whether or not to place an order. First up are a retired couple and their cafetiere with a twist, a woman who hopes her marmalade will make the perfect Christmas cocktail and a nine-year-old girl who has come up with a card game.
