Wrestlers (2025)

The film tells the story of fallen wrestling celebrity Nyawunyawu from the town of Kisangani in the Democratic Republic of Congo. He leads a fight, namely the organization of a wrestling tournament for the post-mortem anniversary of a former world light heavyweight champion in 1974 in Germany: Kelekele Lituka, called “Godfather”, who was paralyzed and visually impaired years before his death and whom he affectionately called “Lourd”.
