Speaking upon the release of ‘Bodyguard’, Black Dahlia said: “Bodyguard is a theatrical exploration of gaining a new body but your soul remains. It is a sonnet to your past physical body in this realm and the new union that will inevitably be formed. Donning various characters, Black Dahlia embodies performance art and its mediums such as contortion, mime, surrealism, Dada, the avant-garde, and body horror. ‘Bodyguard’ follows Black Dahlia in various theatrical forms and her journey to transformation through reanimation that looks reminiscent of a John Waters film. It also features cameos from Melbourne-based artists, Bura Bura as Dr Barget Hower, Manda Wolf as Dr Avanti and Cong Josie as Dr Cong.

On 29 March, ANYCOLOR announced its long-awaited AR Live concert, "COLORS", after the event was initially canceled in 2023. The event would be held on 14 April. The concert featuring LazuLight, OBSYDIA, Ethyria, Luxiem, and Noctyx members; with Ethryia, Luxiem, and Noctyx (except for Fulgur, who will be 2D due to health circumstances) showing their 3D models for the first time. The event would be pre-recorded with the exception of a live band. The performance is set to take place online, with both openings for each stage streaming free on YouTube and Niconico. As for the full show, international audiences can purchase their tickets on Stagecrowd, Japanese viewers on niconico Live, and Chinese viewers on bilibili.

2023 marked a pivotal year for RPWL as they unleashed their eleventh studio album, Crime Scene, onto the world stage. Embarking on a sprawling European tour across eight countries, RPWL treated fans to electrifying performances in packed venues, many of which were sold out well in advance. As is evident on True Live Crime, Crime Scene naturally took center stage. The band delivered the album in its entirety, peppered with select gems from their extensive catalog dating back to 1997. Accompanied by a mesmerizing light show and meticulously crafted video clips, RPWL transformed each performance into a multisensory experience. Guitarist Kalle Wallner reflects, “With RPWL, the live versions often take on a life of their own. We like to stretch our legs and jam on stage.”
