Alec Baldwin states "I'm handed a gun and someone declares it and says this is a cold gun". This would lead to one of the most tragic events of film history where someone is shot and killed on set in almost 30 years. How did this happen? What went wrong? The terrible incident completely altered Mr. Baldwin's life and career.
