We get to follow Arne and his friends on their adventures where they encounter different challenges and do their best to solve them together. With their likeable and unique personalities – quirky, kind and brave – they make a perfect group of friends.
Paolo Piangino is a quiet adult man who lives alone with his cat and loves to cry, because his tears are his happiness. When he feels sad, tears comfort him, when he is happy, his tears give him even more joy. One day people in his town are amazed to find that flowers grow out of Paolo’s tears and thanks to his tears Paolo becomes famous. All his compatriots from the town are excited, they all invite him to visit, hoping for some lucky tears from him. But Paolo is soon fed up with all that hustle and bustle. Secretely he steals away and all that is left after him are several flowers. The people in the town, saddened by his departure, cry bitter tears for him. Who knows, maybe one day even their tears will grow into flowers.
Blanche, the Wicked Witch of the North Pole, is jealous of Santa Claus. She imprisons him and his reindeer in an icy cage on a raging river, so they can't deliver their presents on Christmas Eve. Her timid sidekick, Moose the unimaginatively-named moose, tries to stop her, but she zaps him far away with her magic. The Glo Friends find out what she's done, and they set out to try and save Santa. They rescue Moose from a tree along the way, and Blanche tries to imprison them in ice flowers. But her schemes fail, as they reach Santa anyway, and face her in a final showdown to rescue him.
A bootle beetle elder tells the story of Morris, the moose about the size of a rabbit. Thunderclap the moose is taking on all challengers, and Morris decides to try, much to the amusement of Thunderclap. As a result, he meets Balsam, a full-size moose with tiny antlers (Morris' antlers are full size). The two team up, and with the help of a log that makes them very tall, defeat Thunderclap.

An energetic puppy name Noodle would like to play with his lazy kitten friend, MoeMoe, so he goes to make her some coffee. The caffeine kicks in and they both begin to play, however as the days go on MoeMoe begins to act weird. After each cup she becomes more aggressive, fidgety and her eyes widen. Noodle is terrified of what his friend is becoming and decides to no longer make coffee for his friend. MoeMoe will not have this and threatens Noodle into giving her more , but there is no more coffee left. Noodle wants to save his friend. He trades his collar for some calming leaves he gets from koala. MoeMoe drinks then coffee with the leaves making her calm and chilled.
