Gyōten Ningen Batseelor is an anime series created by Itaru Ueda based on the manga of the same title by Fumiaki Tatesako. The anime series ran in Japan from April 7, 2001 until March 30, 2002. At the moment, the anime is known as Captain Fatz and the Seamorphs and is currently shown in syndication in Singapore at six in the morning on MediacorpTV. A now defunct Filipino dubbed Captain Fatz series, as it was called in the Philippines, was aired by GMA from 2004 to 2005 to be followed with Shaman King on weekdays.

Oomura Takeshi is one unlucky fellow. He has has this case of bad luck ever since he was little. One day, while on his normal runs with bad luck, he meets an Angel named Elle, and he finds out that his father wished the curse of bad luck upon him. Takeshi has the oppurtunity to pass on the curse, but accepts it to save a young girl. For his noble act, Elle becomes human and lives with Takeshi to protect him from the curse, which is something Takeshi isn't particularly happy with.

Round the Bend was a satirical British children's television series, which ran on Children's ITV for three series from 1989 to 1991. The show was a Hat Trick production for Yorkshire Television. The show was later repeated on Channel 4, The Children's Channel and Nickelodeon UK and was nominated for an RTS Award. It was created by the team behind the comic Oink! - Patrick Gallagher, Tony Husband and Mark Rodgers. The puppets, animation characters and main set were designed by Gallagher, who was also the show's graphic designer. The puppets were made by the team who made the puppets for Spitting Image. Round the Bend was a satirical parody of Saturday morning magazine shows — with a host providing linking material between cartoons, music videos and news sections - albeit set in a sewer. The anarchic tone of the show and its parody cartoons was similar to that of Viz. The animated segments were done by Aardman Animations and Catalyst Pictures.
