The Kidnappers Foil was an American short film. It was made by Melton Barker numerous times between the 1930s to 1970s. Each iteration featured small-town children as actors (a different small-town in each iteration), the parents of whom paid Barker a fee in exchange for appearing in the film. The plot of the film centered on a well-to-do girl being kidnapped, and then escaping, a pair of hoodlums.
