Broadcast on ABC1 on Sunday mornings at 9 am, the show also features many regular commentators from various Australian media outlets and think tanks. The program is presented by veteran political journalist Barrie Cassidy as part of the ABC's Sunday morning line-up, commencing with Insiders, followed by Inside Business and then Offsiders, a sports program also hosted by Cassidy.

Saturday Night at the Movies was a weekly television series on TVOntario, the public educational television network in Ontario, Canada. The series presented classic movies, followed by interviews and feature segments with directors, actors and other people involved in making the films presented. The series presented almost 1,500 films and over 1,000 interviews. First aired on March 30, 1974, the program was originally hosted by Elwy Yost. The first film shown was Ingmar Bergman's Through a Glass Darkly. During Yost's 25-year tenure as host, he showed a wide variety of foreign films, but tended to concentrate on Hollywood-produced films from the 1930s through the 1970s.

¡Allá tú! is the Spanish version of Deal or No Deal. It had been broadcast by Telecinco in 2004–2008 however it changed to sister channel Cuatro in 2011. The top prize is €300,000. It had been €600,000 for a while due to a new text game where the money the contestant wins is split evenly between the contestant and the text winner. In 2006, there was a special called La Noche de los 2.000.000€, but the top prize was €1,000,000 and the game was played twice on that night, the set was different as well. It's hosted by Jesús Vázquez, but during Jesús's break to focus on another Endemol show, Operación Triunfo, Silvia Jato and Arturo Valls hosted. This version of the show is very similar to the Italian version, Affari Tuoi. As in the UK, contestants open 22 boxes rather than 26 briefcases. Tracy Moore was announced as the new permanent host on October 17, 2008. NFL Scoreboard is a weekly in-season program on the NFL Network. It is a studio show hosted by Fran Charles, with analysis from former National Football League center Jamie Dukes. The program begins every Sunday at 4 p.m. Eastern time and airs, in more or less a continuous loop, until the conclusion of NBC Sunday Night Football at approximately 11:30 p.m. ET. NFL Scoreboard consists of score updates, analysis, limited game highlights, and extensive postgame comments from players and coaches. This program was once the last part of Red Zone. That show consists of game updates presented with text and graphics on the television screen and audio from Sirius NFL Radio. From 2003 to 2005, Red Zone ran from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern, followed by Point After. As part of the network's 2006 revamp, Point After became a five-day-a-week show, Red Zone was reduced to three hours, and this show and NFL GameDay were created.

"The Dini Petty Show," a Canadian daytime TV talk show aired from 1989 to 1999 on Baton Broadcasting System-affiliated stations, originating from Toronto's CFTO-TV, the BBS flagship station. Hosted by Dini Petty, it combined lifestyle features and interviews with celebrities. Petty, a Toronto-based host, moved from CITY-TV's CityLine to lead the show. Directed by Randy Gulliver, it captured 1990s Canadian pop culture with diverse interviews, undergoing redevelopment in late 1994. By 1999, Petty opted to film only intro/outro segments, airing repackaged retrospective content instead of new material. In 2000, Dini Petty's contract with CTV concluded, prompting a legal resolution that granted her ownership of the original broadcast tapes from The Dini Petty Show. Her decision to donate these tapes to the Clara Thomas Archives & Special Collections at York University occurred in 2010.

Breakfast Television, also known as BT, is a Canadian morning news and entertainment program produced by CITY-DT. The program airs from 5:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. ET each weekday, except holidays. Since October 3, 2011, it is also simulcast on cable-exclusive CityNews Channel, with a half-hour extension aired exclusively on the channel that runs from 9-9:30 a.m. Four other Citytv owned-and-operated stations use the name and the format, creating content relevant to their own local audiences. A stations produced their own similar morning shows under the name A Morning, although due to budget cuts, many of them have been canceled as of 2009. BT tends to be more relaxed and spontaneous than American morning shows. Unlike American morning shows, it does not have pre-taped segments that are focused on current events or socio-political issues. The guests tend to be more human interest, informational, and promotional in nature and there is less of a focus on celebrities.

Punchlines was a comedy game show series hosted by Lennie Bennett that was produced by LWT and aired on the ITV network from January 3, 1981 until December 22, 1984. The show was based on an unsold U.S. pilot hosted by Bill Cullen which was made for daily syndication on December 30, 1979 as an attempt to revive Eye Guess which ran on NBC from January 3, 1966 to September 26, 1969 and, like Punchlines, was created by Bob Stewart and hosted by Cullen. An Australian pilot was also made for the Seven Network on August 20, 1986 - hosted by Jeremy Kewley but it failed to sell.

Disco was a pop music program that aired in Germany on the ZDF network from 1971 to 1982. It generally aired on the first Saturday of each month at 7:30PM, each show running 45 minutes. 133 shows were produced. The show was hosted by German actor and comedian Ilja Richter. Its lesser known predecessor on ZDF, 4-3-2-1 Hot & Sweet was aired between 1966 and 1970, presenters included Ilja Richter and Suzanne Doucet. Disco generally served a younger pop-oriented audience compared to ZDF's Hitparade, and until 1972, its main competitor was Beat-Club, followed by Musikladen, both on ARD. Repeats of Disco have been aired since 1984 on ZDF Musikkanal, after its closedown in 1989 on 3sat. Since 2004, the digital ZDF Theaterkanal aired repeats of the entire series. In 2007, ZDF Dokukanal began to air reruns, starting with episodes from 1975 and also multiple repeats of the series have been shown on hit24 in 2008. Livewire is a kids' talk show on the U.S. television cable network, Nickelodeon which began in September 1980 and ended in 1985. Livewire was a talk show for kids of all ages, and the show's main focus discussed true current events and stories during those times. The show was taped at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York through Reeves Teletape Studios of Sesame Street fame. Livewire was filmed 'live on tape' with a participating audience of about 20-30 teenagers and was hosted initially by Mark Cordray, but Fred Newman eventually replaced Cordray as host. The show was a CableACE Award winner, the first Nickelodeon talk show to achieve that feat. Livewire was the #1 rated show on Nickelodeon in 1982, and never went below #7 in the ratings during the 5 year span of the show. Due to the show's low ratings, ABC announced that the series was cancelled after three episodes. Repeats of America's Funniest Home Videos replaced Dance Machine, beginning July 18, 2008. The series started airing in Australia on December 6, 2008 during the Winter non-ratings period on Saturday nights at 8:30 PM. However, due to low ratings, after one episode the show was moved to air weekdays at 3:00 PM starting on December 22.
