Chuluun meets Bayar, a friend of Chuluun's team, and they go to Chuluun's house for a drink. Bayar, drunk, tells Chuluun about his Intelligence Agency project No. 029, which he is not supposed to tell anyone. That project was to create a drug that would intentionally erase people's memories, and he boasts to Chuluun about the successful completion of the project. Chuluun does not fully believe it, but after Bayar gets drunk and falls, when he looks in his bag, he finds the project's sample drugs. Evidence beyond doubt. At this time, Chuluun has a sinister thought. He takes two doses of that drug No. 029.
