When Leslie, a rising star reporter inadvertently botches her investigative piece about a powerful City Council member, her boss decides she needs to pivot to something more seasonal. Her next assignment is to uncover the identity of a local late-night bandit who has been stealing beautiful home Christmas displays across the city. She’s not the only one on the case though, Preston, local detective and Christmas enthusiast has made it his mission to identify the culprit and restore the town’s holiday spirit.
