One of these strange solar activities caused the formation of a small asteroid the size of the palm of a hand, which ended up on planet Earth, landing in San Juan Del Mezquital Zacatecas. By then, Maximiliano and his friends had finally killed their eternal rival, a cattle rustler named Salomon Montengro. However, days after killing him, they accidentally came across the Sun Stone and gained great powers. Feeling pressured by their enemies, Salomon Montengro's colleagues, Maximiliano and his friends, hid the Sun Stone in the most unlikely place: in Salomon Montengro's tomb. Now that Salomon Montengro was revived thanks to the Sun Stone, he plans to take revenge on Maximiliano and his friends. Setting West was made using original printing materials from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, such as wood type, borders and stereotypes of “Cowboys and Indians”, trains and bison. These words and images were printed directly onto 35mm clear film stock at eminent letterpress studios in North America: the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, the Center for Book and Paper Arts in Chicago, the Hatch Show Print in Nashville and the Musée de l’imprimerie du Québec & Lovell Litho in Montréal. Judith Poirier printed 1,643 feet of film to produce her abstract western and her technique of printing onto celluloid creates a unique texture on screen, as well as generating an original soundtrack. Setting West reinterprets a classic cinematic genre while exploring a formative period in the history of typography and printing.Penny of Top Hill Trail

Kurt Walters, a ranch foreman and deputy sheriff, discovers that she is the same girl that his friend, Jo Gary, met in Chicago. Gary fell in love with her, but she confessed she was a thief.
